**What you will be working on**
You will lead a team of officers responsible for managing the Withdrawal Schemes administration under Account Closure. Your role involves improving business processes and efficiency by actively seeking enhancements and collaborating across departments. You will also boost customer satisfaction by using data analysis and modern technology to identify and solve customer challenges.
In this role, you will:
- Lead team managing CPF withdrawal schemes and support Section Head in strategising and designing withdrawal services to meet future needs
- Improve processes and efficiency in the department
- Work with other teams and outside partners to make changes smoothly
- Use data and new technology to solve customer problems
- Oversee work process redesign and cross-agency discussions to operationalise initiatives
- Ensure team meets service standards and handles cases on time
- Coach team members and help them grow in their roles
- Support department head in planning for future needs
- Liaise with ministries, statutory boards, and private organisations to gain buy-in for new initiatives

- Relevant experience in service operations, preferably related to withdrawals or account management
- Background in public sector administration, with focus in policy implementation and stakeholder management would be advantageous
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a strategic mindset
- Self-driven, resourceful, and committed to driving service and operational excellence
- Open to new technologies and methodologies, with experience in data analysis and process improvement
- Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with design thinking, and behavioural insights; RPA or Lean Six Sigma
- The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
