The Director's Liaison and Assistant role at GP Industries Limited involves providing high-level administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, planning travel, and preparing presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including answering phone calls, filtering emails, and booking meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for the Director and his family members.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments and sending reminders.
  • Prepare and submit expense claims on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate events and catering for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative and personal assistant role.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
