Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Highlights**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create process flows/user journeys for daily operations and requirements arising from projects
- Write documents for various functionalities, including but not limited to business process documents and writeups for social media and website(s)
- Keep track of documentation revision for all corporate documents and business processes.
- Create of miscellaneous documentation templates based on standard and ad-hoc business requirements.
- Manage and organise shared drive folders for use by the organisation
- Liaise with consultants for the creation of corporate documentation / marketing materials
Data verification from documentation received by customers
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum qualification Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Documentation
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Copy writing is must
- Highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to execute initiatives with mínimal direction and manage a wide range of issues to resolution
- Highly detailed and meticulous
- Strong written and good communication skills in English
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Good time management, team player and task prioritisation skills
- Able to work independently
