Boeing Singapore is looking a Business Operations Specialist. This position is based in Singapore.

**Introduction**

Boeing International Enterprise Services (BIES) provide internal services to over 100 non-US locations, in 34 countries, ensuring safe, secure & compliant operations in an effective and efficient delivery model for our stakeholder communities. The team reports into Boeing International, supporting regional teams and works in close collaboration with Enterprise Services, Global Real Estate, Facilities and Asset Management, Indirect Supply Chain, Enterprise Financial Services, Security & Fire Protection, IT&DA and HR Services to deliver a global capability.

**The role**

Boeing Singapore is now looking for a high performing talent to work with the Director of BIES of Southeast Asia and Australia, a diverse region with many exciting business growth opportunities.

Business Support Specialist will integrate with cross functional teams, business partners and leadership team for developing and preparing reporting and compliance, perform detailed analysis of data and implement process improvements initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

**Operational Management**
- Design and maintain the BIES operating cadence. Plan, organize and coordinate regional, functional meetings on a recurring basis.
- Plan, coordinate and integrate with BIES teams to collect data on five operational pillars for BIES: Best Team & Talent; Deliver Service Excellence; Enhance Operational Excellence; Optimize Global Infrastructure; Cost Effective Operations.
- Coordinate with the BIES team in preparing, updating the desktop procedures and in identifying opportunities for simplification or automation
- Coordinate with Business Support Managers and Security team to prepare, update, validate and lead the Business preparedness Plan (BPP) / International Contingency Planning (ICP) table top exercise
- Build and maintain a management system to track timely updates to ESMS, Dialogic, Call tree and Compliance documents for each office in the region

**Reporting & Data Analysis**
- Prepare and present detailed high-quality monthly Business Process Reporting (BPR) on five operational pillars for BIES: Best Team & Talent; Deliver Service Excellence; Enhance Operational Excellence; Optimize Global Infrastructure; Cost Effective Operations.
- Prepare, update, report and maintain status of all infrastructure/facilities projects in the region
- Coordinate with finance focal on monthly financial performance reports, analyze financial performance and report the results with value-added inputs
- Coordinate, collect, consolidate and maintain country headcount forecast from all the business units and functions
- Work closely with Director of BIES to improve the quality of reporting, adopt ‘best practices’ and Simplification

**Projects & Initiatives**
- Lead BIES’s ‘Enhance Operational Excellence’ initiatives in coordination with business support managers and functional partners
- Identify and implement process improvement, simplification, standardization and integration opportunities within BIES processes and operations
- Lead assigned regional and/or global projects
- Lead, develop and maintain SharePoint / SharePoint tools for the region

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Strong analytical skills to collect and synthesize information, develop recommendations to solve complex problems
- Project Management
- Professional level fluency in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to build relationships with all key stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired skills/ experience)**:

- Ability to drive action and accountability in a matrixed organization
- Good understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to travel internationally 10%-15%
- International working experience, with diverse team and cultural exposure
- Bachelor’s degree
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
