Job Description
**Work Environment**:
The work environment is primarily an office setting.
The position may involve occasional travel for recruitment events, job fairs, or meetings with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
**Authority**:
**Offer Negotiation**: The Recruitment Specialist is authorized to negotiate job offers, including salary and start dates, within established guidelines.
**Vendor Management**: The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards, ensuring they meet company standards.
**Confidentiality**: The Recruitment Specialist must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and is authorized to handle such data securely.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs based on growth plans. Understand recruitment needs and job requirements and determine effective recruitment strategies.
Prepare job descriptions and provide guidance on recruitment best practices to ensure alignment with business needs.
Keep hiring managers informed of recruitment progress and follow up on the interview process to ensure timely decisions.
Proactively build a talent pipeline and recommend effective sourcing channels to support hiring plans.
Propose and develop recruitment strategies to support the company’s expansion. Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent requisitions with expansion strategies. Conduct market research to understand the talent landscape and familiarize with local labor laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, market rates, and recruitment trends within the industry.
Identify and contribute to improvements in the current recruitment process and best practices.
Coordinate and liaise with educational institutions for traineeship and internship programs.
Generate and prepare reports on recruitment activities and statistics. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and propose improvement plans.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company representative.
Uphold strict levels of privacy and confidentiality, ensuring that sensitive employee information is maintained in a highly confidential manner.
**Requirements**:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
