We are on the hunt for a operations & process specialist who is comfortable working across multiple functions and teams to get alignment and drive efficiency through process reengineering. You should be in equal parts someone who can spearhead change, and inspire evolution through managing people, process and technology. Your tenaciousness and passion will help to ensure we can see through our missions through from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Roles and Responsibilities_
- Engage and partner with key stakeholders to translate BU strategy into operational frameworks and provide advice on end-to-end process improvement through discovery and business process-reengineering workshops.
- Lead the major business process re-engineering or org/ job redesign projects to influence aspects of the business that relate to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead proper documentation of business processes / SOPs in review, in accordance with best practices, and ensure proper governance framework
- Drive change management by instilling an open mindset and adoption of Business Process Management and Design Thinking practices
- Implement, track and report BUs’ performance from a project management perspective.
- Drive and lead/ facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Design, organize and drive workshops with business units.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or any related discipline, MBA is an advantage
- 10+ years of relevant experience performing duties outlined above with progressive responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal / customer relation skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialog with internal clients.
- Natural collaborator to cocreate optimized processes & outcomes with cross functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor team and instilling a continuous improvement mindset across the group.
- Broad knowledge & experience of operational excellence/process improvement programs and systems.
- Track record of implementing process improvement and/or automation technologies
