Business Development Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:As a Business Development Manager at AMPS Tea, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new franchise opportunities to grow our brand presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract potential franchisees, nurturing relationships, and facilitating the expansion of our franchise network. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the tea industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and research potential franchise markets, including local, national, and international opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to attract and onboard new franchisees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners, guiding them through the franchise discovery process and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new franchisees.
- Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities for growth.
- Represent Amps Tea at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and attract potential franchisees.
- Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the franchise offering and improve the overall franchisee experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the franchise industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, including franchise agreements, legal considerations, and financial aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term growth plans.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and other business engagements.
- Passion for tea and a genuine interest in promoting Amps Tea's mission and values.
