**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Donor-Funded Bursaries and Scholarships.
- Responsible to award the freshmen scholarships annually.
- Provide assistance to awardees and scholars during the duration of their awards.
- MOE Bursaries and Scholarships.
- Manage activities associated with the award of MOE bursaries and scholarships.
- In charge of MOE Scholarship.
- Liaise with MOE on all matters related to scholarship.
- Work with admissions to administer the award of the scholarships, uphold the signing of the agreement with the scholars and maintain accurate records.
- Working with finance to ensure timely disbursement of fund, provide assistance to scholars during the duration of their awards.
- working with other SMU departments to process fund reimbursements from MOE and providing support to MOE scholars to answer their queries, process their claims for auxiliary expenses that is part of their awards and manage student withdrawal or termination from the program, refund and follow up of on repayment of liquidation damages with the scholars.
- Financial Aid Processing.
- Involved in ongoing process improvement projects that in CSFA.
- Help to train and manage contract staff hired during peak periods.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or diploma with at least 3-4 year of administrative work experience (preference for prior experience in educational industry)
- Good time management skills, meticulous and committed to delivering quality outputs.
- Ability to adapt to and be resourceful in managing situations.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
- Meticulous with an eye for details, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task.
