Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Utilize data-driven techniques to contribute to the graduate admission exercise, providing insightful data interpretation for stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to achieve programme admissions goals, fostering a collaborative approach to success.
- Develop and maintain data repositories and systems, ensuring key stakeholders have access to regular reports for effective decision-making.
- Identify, plan, implement, and enhance operational and administrative processes, aiming for efficiency and smooth end-to-end processes to elevate the experiences of all stakeholders.
- Optimize resources to support operations, ensuring efficient use of available resources.
- Oversee website maintenance and updates to support publicity activities for both prospective and current students.
- Provide support in the planning and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Previous experience in higher education, particularly in admissions or administration of academic programmes, is advantageous.
- Demonstrate exceptional organization, prioritization, monitoring, and follow-up skills within tight deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Exhibit self-driven, resourceful, and excellent team player qualities.
- Proficient in MS Office suites, including Excel, Word. Familiarity with Power Automate or a similar tool is considered an additional asset.
