[What the role is]
As a Management Support Officer in the Admissions (CET & Special Programmes) Department, you will be under the Registrar’s Office which oversees the admission of new students and overall enrolment.
[What you will be working on]
As part of the team, you will
- Provide good administrative, operational and logístical support for the full spectrum of admissions-related operations
- Perform duties such as updating student records, keeping track of student fee payment and claims, preparing and processing documents pre and post interviews
- Assist in organising activities related to admission processes and graduation ceremonies
- Take on roles in other committees and other tasks as and when necessary
[What we are looking for]
- Independent, resourceful and able to work well in teams
- Meticulous, self-driven with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience
