ECOLE HOTELIERE DE LAUSANNE PTE. LTD. is the representative office of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) for Asia-Pacific, located in Singapore, overseeing EHL's marketing, communications, student recruitment/admissions, and industry/alumni relations in Asia-Pacific.

The Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), established in 1893, was the first hotel school in the world. Today, it trains and develops the next generation of leaders and managers for the international hospitality industry. Its diverse student body comprises 2'970 students from more than 115 different nationalities.

EHL is the first hospitality management school worldwide with double accreditation at a university level. Firstly, it is officially recognized by the Swiss authorities as part of the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (HES-SO). It is also accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), Commission on Institutions of Higher Education, in the United States.

We are currently recruiting Admissions Officer

**About the role**

**Your responsibilities**
- Research and verify credentials of applicants, using EHL’s database, the internet, personal contacts, printed resources and professional evaluators in research process.
- Liaise with professional organizations, being kept informed on the evolution of admissions criteria and practice;
- Participate in Selection Days, Information Sessions, Open Day, Diploma Check and Counsellor Events and Face to Face meetings;
- Participate in any Admissions related meetings with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Actively support the Admissions Manager in the training and integration of new team-members;
- During the absence of the Admissions Manager, carry on day-to-day activities of the team and ensure effective communication with the Admissions Manager if any time sensitive action / decision needs taken;
- Complete any reasonable request by the Admissions Manager.

**About you**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma;
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a relevant field ;
- Proficiency in English, other languages are an asset;
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office, experience of working on CRM is a plus;
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, and being able to communicate in a culturally appropriate manner;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
