**Olympiad International School **is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Admissions Officer **to oversee the student enrolment process. The Admissions Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that our admissions practices align with the school’s policies, mission, and capacity while delivering a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Convey the School’s Vision, Mission, and Values**:Serve as an ambassador of Olympiad International School, accurately communicating our school’s core values, educational philosophy, and commitment to excellence.
- **Provide Information and Guidance**:Share comprehensive details about the school’s programs, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and admission requirements to prospective students and their families.
- **Manage the Admissions Process**:Guide applicants through each stage of the admissions process, ensuring clarity and a smooth, positive experience.
- **Develop Enrolment Strategies**:Implement targeted enrolment campaigns, utilizing market research, analysis, and strategic planning to achieve the school’s enrolment targets.
- **Coordinate Admissions Events**:Organize and execute events such as open houses, information sessions, and school tours to engage prospective families and promote the school.
- **Maintain Records and Database**:Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students, following up on inquiries and maintaining a robust database of leads.
- **Create Admissions Collateral**:Collaborate on the development of promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns, to highlight the school’s offerings and attract new students.
- **Engage with Prospects**:Proactively communicate with prospective students and parents, addressing their questions and providing detailed information about our curriculum and extracurricular programs.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:At least 2 years of experience in admissions or a similar role within the international education sector.
- **Education**:Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

**Working Hours**
- **Monday to Friday**:10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Saturday**:10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
