Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical roles in a search firm or corporate setting
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building and developing relationships with clients and advising Hiring Managers on talent/hiring
- Experience solving complex problems and designing creative talent strategies
- Understanding of technical skill sets and the tools to find them (e.g., Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems, etc.)
- Understanding of Japanese talent market and culture.
- Ability to think globally, strategically, and objectively and translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and plans
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as business partner.

**Responsibilities**:
- Own hiring strategy, sourcing, and build client relationships.
- Implement staffing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy to achieve an annual hiring plan with a focus on quality and diversity of hires across Geo and functions.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with other recruiters and streamline hiring across multiple functions.
