**Summary**

We are on the lookout for a highly independent and results-driven Specialist As part of the Distribution, you will assist the Interline/Codeshare team with various technical activities related to interline and codeshare operations. You will collaborate on projects with our Partnerships team and airline partners, presenting optimal solutions for the business to enhance technical strategy, system maturity, and overall success in Interline/Codeshare initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- The incumbent will provide technical support for the interline/codeshare channel, which encompasses upgrades, enhancements, setup, and configurations.
- Evaluate and gather business requirements for system enhancements.
- Oversee projects from initial conceptualization to post-implementation, ensuring ongoing lifecycle monitoring.
- Document and implement procedures for effective reporting, monitoring, testing, and acceptance.
- Handle day-to-day issues and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to design system solutions and workarounds for existing limitations.
- Address challenges that arise during routine operations by conducting a thorough analysis of available factual and qualitative information; propose and -develop optimal solutions to achieve essential business or operational objectives.
- Create and build a knowledge base for interline/codeshare operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong adaptability to change.
- Background in the airline industry. Strong knowledge of IATA Standards, Teletype, and Edifact messages.
- Experience with Navitaire's Newskies Reservation System and GDS is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability for strong innovation and execution.
- Conceptual and intuitive thinker with a solid understanding of business and operational dynamics.
- Highly independent, intuitive, and self-sufficient.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Culturally aware, with the ability to establish collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
