Distribution Compliance Officer Job Description\

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Distribution Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of integrity in our distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of suspected agency misconduct issues, recommend appropriate actions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Engage with customers and distribution channels to obtain information for fair and thorough assessment of alleged misconduct.
  • Maintain discipline and compliance with prescribed market and business conduct for distribution channels.

Requirements:

  • Effective communicator and influencer with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in project management and change management with good understanding of financial industry and insurance operations.
  • Familiarity with FAA and MAS regulations and industry guidelines applicable to insurance industry.

Working Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and project management, preferably in insurance sales and agent misconduct.

\

Education:

  • Degree in any discipline with high proficiency in Excel and/or data analytics (such as PowerBI, Python).
  • Relevant insurance qualifications (such as M5, M9, etc).
