**Job Responsibilities:
**Customer Satisfaction**
- Agreement of customer satisfaction goals with the importer
- Development and implementation of measures to achieve objectives (CEMS, IACS, LiS, DSS)

**Market Analysis**
- Analysis of customer satisfaction analyses and derivation of measures
- Analysis of quality studies/analyses and derivation of measures
- Analysis of market potentials for service, AOT, AOZ

**Market Exploitation**
- Planning and agreement of lap volumes and annual budgets in the area of AOT/AOZ with the importer
- Development and implementation of sales promotion measures in the area of AOT/AOZ (e.g. marketing, sales programs, etc.) for budget achievement / potential exploitation with optimal use of funds
- Development of opportunity plans for AOT/AOZ
- Development of sales channels and service products (e.g. service packages, follow-up guarantee, cooperation with insurance companies, body & paint, cooperation with FS)
- Development of measures for market exploitation and customer loyalty in service
- Implementation support of price measures in the market

**Quality**
- Implementation of brand standards and programs
- Market-specific adaptation and implementation of headquarter After Sales Strategy
- Co-design of the after-sales bonus part in the margin system
- Integration of customer satisfaction into a performance-oriented margin system / service bonus
- Customer table: Responsibility for introduction at importer and trade level as well as processing and control of after-sales topics
- Control of importer and trade qualification

**Knowledge of Compliance and Risk Management**
- Deviations from the objectives are regularly checked. Risks are reported at an early stage via the official channels, documented and, if possible, provided with appropriate countermeasures
- Knowledge on the current compliance processes and the Code of Conduct of headquarter is ensured and put into practice through regular participation in WBTs

**Job Requirements**:

- With relevant Professional / Trade certificate
- With at least 6 to 8 years of experience with regional dealer management in a commercial environment, requiring financial acumen & understanding
- Good experience in dealer management and customer handling experience
- With experience in technical background at all levels of retail business
- Able to travel within the territory and in support of activities
- High level of advocacy skills with an ability to represent the brand through direct contact with high profile customers
- Good understanding of dealer business models and key performance indicators and operational drivers
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Power BI and VW group IT systems
- Excellent product knowledge in reference to Vehicles, Parts, Accessories and Collection
- Strong communications skills in English and preferably in German, to communicate to headquarters
