We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated After Sales Manager to join our team in Rotterdam.

As anAfter Sales Ma nager your key responsibility will be to be first in line to address and manage after sales related matters brought to us either by one of our many clients worldwide or internal departments.

This includes:

  • Communication with our customers worldwide related to the after sales care and service of our propulsion units
  • Communication with the several departments in NL and Singapore
  • Prepare quotations for service and parts
  • Execute, manage and follow up with clients on pending service orders

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in the marine industry in a similar position
  • Completed technical education in mechanical engineering (MTS+ or HTS)
  • Good understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Hands-on mentality and practical technical sense
  • Good command of English and preferably Dutch
  • Flexible, goal oriented and enjoys working in a team
