1.Fully responsible for the organization construction, capacity building and process optimization of after-sales department.

2. Set the strategic vision and planing for the department and lead the team to achieve goals in each phase, and continuously improve after-sales service quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Responsible for the construction of after-sales maintenance outlets and HUB warehouses and the management of suppliers, improve after-sales maintenance quality and delivery timeliness.
4. Responsible for after-sales spare parts inventory planning, inventory management, and logistics planning.
5. Deal with the after-sales department major customer complaints, thorny problems, emergencies, and special customer needs etc.
6. Responsible for customer relationship maintenance for key accounts.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in automation/electronics/computer, etc.

2. More than 10 years of experience in after-sales service management of electronic products in leading companies.
3. Have rich experience in electronic product maintenance and management.
4. Good communication skills, both Chinese and English can be used as working languages, with after sales operation, mine operation and maintenance, customer service coordination ability.
