Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as Manager After Sales Qualification within its After Sales team.
- Identify training needs for the Asia-Pacific region, execute and manage (face-to-face) technical and non-technical After Sales training in accordance with Porsche training standards
- Develop and adopt corporate training material to local requirements
- Monitor national/in-house training courses in the markets in accordance with Porsche training standards and examine technical training KPIs on regional
- & market level, implementing countermeasures if required
- Implement, prepare, and evaluate Certified Porsche Technician (ZPT) program
- Ensure High-Voltage qualification and certification standards (HVE, HVT)
- Manage projects & additional tasks/responsibilities as required
**Qualifications

- Certified Porsche Technician, preferably Gold level
- 7 years automotive industry background (Service operational experience) and 3 Years Training experience preferable
- Excellent overall understanding of automotive technology and repair with in-depth knowledge of Porsche technology, Porsche brand values and heritage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Well versed in organization, presentation, English language (written and spoken), communication, and reporting skills
- Displays reliability, ability to work independently and leadership skills
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel on a flexible schedule depending on business needs
