**Job Description**:

- Serve as the after-sales engineer of marine environmental protection equipment and other supporting products, responsible for the formulation of maintenance/repairing plans, overhaul, maintenance and training of EGC system, SCR system, FGSS system and other equipment, and responsible for the quality of after-sales service;
- Responsible for the construction and management of after-sales service network in Singapore, and effectively manage the personnel and spare parts of service network;
- Responsible for customer communication and coordination related to after-sales, collecting customer feedback, improving after-sales service quality, and maintaining good customer relations in the after-sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in marine, mechanical, electrical and other related fields;
- Good working knowledge with the use, maintenance and overhaul requirements of marine environmental protection devices, such as EGC system, SCR system, FGSS, etc;
- At least 2 years of experience in after-sales service or product design of marine devices;
- Work actively, have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong communication and coordination skills, have good written expression skills and oral expression skills.
