Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer after-sales service requests and complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain good communication and relationships with customers, understand customer needs and provide timely feedback
  • Analyze after-sales service data, formulate improvement measures, and continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine after-sales service processes and standards to ensure the quality and efficiency of after-sales services
  • Maintenance Services: Replace spare parts, conduct inspections and maintenance, track and report issues, and provide service feedback.

Skills and Background:

  • Nitec or Diploma and above, preferably mechanical engineering, mechatronic, automation, electronic engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably experience in after-sales service and maintenance
  • Possess excellent communication skills and team management abilities, able to effectively coordinate and lead a team to achieve work objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service awareness, able to quickly respond to customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Familiar with robotics, warehousing, logistics, or related fields, with a deep understanding of after-sales service processes and standards
  • Basic English and Mandarin language proficiency
