After Sales Engineer

**About the role**
As an Aftersales Engineer at Berg Propulsion Pte Ltd, you will support customers from the regional countries, logging the order and ensuring the product is delivered according to Berg Propulsion's standards and service level.
You will be the first point of contact for quotations, enquiries and all customer activity. Understand the company product and hold techncial expertise discussion with customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: create sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery to customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to existing and new customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and monitor the status of ongoing communications.
- Liaise and collaborate with colleagues from global offices and customers to achieve sales target and after sales need.
- Conduct regular customer visits and some overseas travel is required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Certificate in Marine/Engineering or relevant fields.
- Experience in after sales or spare parts sales in marine or similiar industry will be an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in the use of Office program/software, ERP system.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
