**What you’ll be doing**:
The Inside Sales team will identify, manage, and support new client growth across a large segment of our Corporate Bank clients, harnessing data and digital marketing. As a team member within the regional TTS Inside Sales function, you will be responsible for:

- Sales to underpenetrated clients, driving incremental revenue growth for TTS
- Supporting data analytics initiatives which form the basis for sales campaigns and proactive origination efforts
- Use of new tools, data sets and processes to identify and action high quality opportunities and leads.
- Coordination of origination push across a broad range of stakeholders across the Citi network, as well as personal ownership and accountability for certain campaigns and leads
- Pressing hard (internally and directly with clients) to secure meetings, in which solutions/offers/sales proposals will be presented and discussed
- Ensuring professional delivery of targeted sales campaigns and client origination efforts, including preparing and leading sales pitches and client discussions
- Focusing on key metrics of lead generation, calling intensity and origination, then client pitching, negotiation and closing.
- Pipeline conversion - driving increased wins, revenue and market share for TTS through the sale of Cash Management, Trade and Working Capital solutions to this population of underpenetrated clients.
- Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date (e.g. CRM, call report logging etc) in order to provide accurate and timely management information and reporting.
- Developing strong and effective working relationships with our country and cluster partners (in the Corporate Bank, Regional Product and Market Management) to coordinate and drive growth across identified client opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting progress against performance goals, and providing feedback on results, best practices and lessons learned.
- Work with implementation, the Client Success Organisation and Client Service to ensure deals are implemented seamlessly, clients are satisfied and revenues ramp - and subsequently -clients are open to further discussions on additional services
- Support the Regional Inside Sales Head on projects and initiatives

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven track record in a similar proactive sales role
- In-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking and client needs, with a passion for helping clients grow
- Experience of sales of cash management, trade and working capital solutions
- Advanced marketing and selling skills, along with a customer centric mind-set
- Ability to manage and synthesize large data sets to inform key decisions regarding client outreach and targeting.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally with key partners and externally with clients
- Persuasive and articulate personality
- Demonstrated organizational & planning skills - with very strong time management
- Ability to work independently with proven execution skills.
- Results focused with good client manner and high energy approach
- Ability to appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. You must demonstrate that you are able to operate effectively in a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
