
Facilities and Admin Officer

**Job Description**:
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for facilities maintenance, scheduling, assigning work and monitoring progress
- Supervise office renovation projects and work with vendors/contractors to ensure timely completion
- Improve office efficiency by implementing office systems, layouts, and safety equipment procurement
- Support Production and Engineering departments with facilities maintenance
- Organize and maintain accurate facilities management documentation
- Provide administrative support to the office.
Requirement:
- Completed GCE N Level or higher education
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good interaction, communicationand multi-tasking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to perform hands-on works
