Singapore DELICIAE HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

Responsible for administrative support to the Director of Catering & Events in charge of handling cluster sales portfolio of all restaurants within the DHM group.
- To maintain and grow F&B Catering Sales /Weddings/Corporate events for all DHM existing/new clientele.
- Plan and implement corporate portfolio for F&B catering/wedding/ corporate sales for all DHM outlets
- To create and prepare banqueting proposals for potential customers, ensuring that all likely additional costs relating to the event have been assessed accurately and communicated
- To work closely and effectively with restaurant manager and head chef of each restaurant to ensure that all catering proposal/contracts are delivered to a high standard/offer matches the profile of the event in terms of product selection and budget
- To provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports for management meeting
- To develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers in a timely manner
- To support the restaurant operations team as and when required during events
- To ensure and maintain effective communication and working relationships with colleagues and staff are briefed on client needs and staffing requirements are met for every confirmed event.
- Full responsibilities for managing the budget and profit and loss account, monitoring performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Work with colleagues on the development of the company’s web-site as a tool for the marketing and promotion and to ensure relevant information is reflected on our web-site
- All other job scopes as assigned from time to time by the management for events and catering.
