**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify and prospect potential clients for catering services.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our catering offerings.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to create compelling proposals and presentations.

3. Event Planning and Coordination:

- Work closely with clients to understand their specific catering needs and preferences.
- Customize catering packages and menus to meet the unique requirements of each event.
- Plan and execute catering for events, ensuring all details are covered.
- Work with the culinary team to create customized menus.

4. Order Processing and Documentation:

- Prepare and process catering orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation, including contracts, invoices, and event details.
- Coordinate with the finance department for billing and payment processing.

5. Collaboration with Operations Team:

- Liaise with the catering operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
