**Role Overview: New Business Development Manager - Singapore**
As our New Business Development Manager, Singapore you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey. Your mission? Identifying and securing new business opportunities that align perfectly with our transformation services. You'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth, expanding our client base, and making EPiC known far and wide
**Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Powerhouse : You'll be on the hunt, proactively identifying and targeting potential clients ready to experience our transformation magic. Market research is your secret weapon to understand trends and outshine competitors.
Client Connection Maestro : Building unshakable relationships with key decision-makers is your forte. You'll know their needs inside out, showcasing how our solutions add incredible value and drive transformation within their organisations.
Strategic Sales Wizard: Get ready to create and execute sales plans that wow Map out target accounts, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless sales-to-delivery handovers.
Tailored Transformation: Working closely with our team of SMEs, you'll conjure up custom transformation proposals that tackle client pain points head-on, showcasing the EPiC value they can't resist.
Negotiation Ninja: Leading contract negotiations like a pro, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and EPiC. You'll close deals with finesse while nurturing long-lasting relationships that keep our brand and ethos shining.
Seal the Deal: Negotiate contracts like a pro, making sure both our clients and EPiC are over the moon. Building strong, long-term relationships is your jam

Experience: A proven track record in new business development within the professional services industry, with around 10 years of experience (but we're not ageists, promise).
Capability: An exceptional ability to build and manage a killer sales pipeline, consistently exceeding targets.
Communication: Stellar communication and presentation skills, engaging C-suite executives like a pro.
The Smarts: Top-notch analytical and problem-solving abilities, tailoring solutions to client needs.
Hunger: A go-getter attitude, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education: A degree in business, marketing, or related field (an MBA is a bonus).
