**Primary Objective/Purpose of the Job**

**Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Business Development Manager is expected to deliver individual new-to-business sales volume and revenue targets whilst ensuring assigned deliverables and new solution implementation objectives are met.**

**Responsibilities**
- ** Work with management team to formulate, plan and execute new sales strategies**
- **Understand and deliver against assigned individual annual target**
- ** Aggressively negotiate for the most competitive but sustainable pricing for the business**
- ** Identify and own all new sales activities from opportunities to conversion while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures for optimal merchant sales and services delivery.**
- ** Actively monitor market trends and activities. Understand and recommend new products or solutions to address evolving needs of merchants.**
- ** Collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level.**

**Experience**
- ** 3 years and above business development and merchant solution sales experience in Payments and Fintech.**
- ** Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven track record in generating and winning new account opportunities.**
- ** Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft office and Sales Force**
- ** Has a broad existing network within the payment ecosystem.**
- ** Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.**
- ** Good analytical, initiative and problem solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers.**

**Education**
- **_ Tertiary or above education preferred._**
