**JOB SUMMARY**:
The key objective of this role and position is to perform by meeting and achieving the sales and business goals of Graphisoft in Singapore. The Sales Manager, Sales - Singapore must be highly motivated and experienced software sales professional, who represents Graphisoft as a business and a brand. This “business-to-business” sales professional should be able to generate leads, prospect target accounts for new business and develop existing customers.

The Sales Manager, Sales - Singapore must be comfortable with selling technical software solutions to all stakeholders in the AEC industry, from design, through construction to owners of the property development projects. This position is a “solutions-oriented” position that uses consultative sales techniques, training and tools to the company with every opportunity to succeed. The incumbent is expected to carry out his tasks in alignment to the company’s direction and to demonstrate the value of Graphisoft solutions and products to customers.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and sales activities to generate revenue.
- Analyze market trends, develop sales plans and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key customer relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system
- Develop positive working relationship to build business and communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to customers.
- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and conferences.
- Assist in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system
- Develop and maintain knowledge of local industry systems, standards, practices and trends and competitor activities
- Keep abreast of the knowledge of the software products and the technology represented by the company.
- Undertakes ad-hoc duties/projects when requested.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing and sales or related field of study.
- Able to demonstrate sales record (5-8 years) at a high level of achievement.
- Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas in the AEC industry of Singapore or in the Southeast Asia region: hardware, software, services or other technical product.
- Having strong Southeast Asia AEC contacts especially with architectural, interior design, project management consultancy and/or construction firms and companies (preferably at the main contractor level) would be an added advantage.
- A self-starter.with strong analytical, presentation skills and possess the professional ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate Graphisoft’s core competencies such as conflict management, loyalty and commitment, productivity and effectiveness, quality of internal and external communication, taking the initiative, independence, ownership, teamwork and interaction with others, thoroughness and accuracy, time management and self-organisation.
