**DESCRIPTION**
**Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)**:
- Support the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations are running efficiently.
- Provide administrative and office support, including spreadsheets, filing systems, and contact databases.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
- Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support senior executives, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Assist in ideating and implementing campaign strategies and timeline, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Assist in preparing and presenting decks and campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or proven relevant work experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Exceptional ability to thrive under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient knowledge of the entertainment industry landscape, consistently staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
