About us: Kind Kones is a leading plant-based ice cream brand with a presence in Singapore and Malaysia. We're passionate about creating delicious, healthy, and sustainable products that make a positive impact on people and the planet.

About the role: We're looking for an experienced and dynamic COO to oversee our operations and help drive our growth strategy. Reporting to the founder, the COO will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production, supply chain, and retail operations.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth goals

Oversee the production process, ensuring that our products are made to the highest quality standards and delivered on time and on budget

Manage the company's supply chain, working closely with vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished products

Oversee the company's retail operations, including managing our store managers and developing strategies to improve store performance

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to develop and execute the company's growth strategy

**Requirements**:
Proven track record of success as a COO or senior operations executive in the food and beverage industry, with experience in a similar role at a company of similar size and scope.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of 20+ employees

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth

Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial statements

Passion for plant-based products and sustainability

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
