As the COO, you will be responsible for fostering collaborations between scientists worldwide and ensuring the protection of their research findings' intellectual property rights.

- Establish and maintain global partnerships with scientists, research institutions, and organizations to facilitate cooperative research efforts.
- Develop and implement strategies to safeguard intellectual property rights of scientific research outcomes.
- Stay updated with intellectual property laws and regulations pertaining to global and Chinese jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review agreements related to intellectual property protection.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with relevant intellectual property policies.

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of global and Chinese intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing intellectual property portfolios in a scientific or research-oriented setting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain collaborations.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
