- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or front office roles is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
- Good command of English and Chinese is required; Additional language is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
