Hotel Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Office Associate at MGH Hospitality PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest accommodation, including check-in and check-out duties, updating guest information, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be instrumental in creating a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures, according to hotel standards.
- Update guest information into the property management system.
- Filing and storage of guest registration cards.
- Checking and charging daily arrivals, guest in-house, and future bookings via the property management system and online travel agencies.
- Checking daily arrivals and departures, ensuring rooms are blocked and prepared for guest arrivals.
- Performing checks on cleanliness of public areas and guest areas.
- Preparation and sending of daily hotel reports to relevant parties nightly.
- Independent and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Prior experience in a hotel front desk role or similar is preferred, but training will be provided.
- A commitment to working a 5-day week, including shifts and weekends.
- Experience with property management systems and digital software is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $25,000 - SGD $35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
