Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Front Office Executive to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all aspects of our hotel's operations run smoothly.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality. A minimum Diploma in Hospitality is required, and previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

This role involves providing exceptional guest service, handling guest complaints promptly and professionally, and maintaining accurate records of guest transactions. You will also be responsible for familiarizing yourself with hotel facilities and functions, as well as major city attractions and events, and providing guests with accurate information as requested.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality and good public relations skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality and Opera knowledge will be advantageous
