Job Summary
PENINSULA EXCELSIOR SINGAPORE, A WYNDHAM HOTEL seeks an experienced Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional service to guests. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role
This is a customer-facing position responsible for handling guest requests, checking cash float, and answering calls in a professional manner. The successful candidate will also promote upselling programs and attend to guest enquiries for transportation, directions, and restaurant reservations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized service to guests and handle their requests promptly
* Handle cashiering duties and check cash float carefully
* Answer incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
* Promote upselling programs
* Attend to guest enquiries for transportation, directions, and restaurant reservations

Requirements
* Relevant experience in Front Office
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and/or independently
* Ability to work shifts and/or weekends and public holidays
