Role Overview
The Partnerships Manager at Mandai Nature will play a critical role in advancing our conservation mission by securing and stewarding financial support from individuals, foundations and corporate partners. This role requires strong research skills, relationship management, and the ability to design and execute effective fundraising campaigns. The Partnerships Manager will oversee donor events, manage donor information systems, analyse fundraising data and drive the development of a robust donor pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
Donor Research and Pipeline Development: Identify, research and qualify potential donors, including individuals, foundations and corporate partners.
Build and maintain a dynamic donor pipeline to support fundraising targets and organisational growth.
Track donor engagement opportunities and develop tailored cultivation strategies.
Fundraising Campaign Design & Execution: Conceptualise, plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including digital, corporate and major gift campaigns.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign delivery, from creative development to post-campaign reporting.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making recommendations for future improvements.
Proposal Development & Donor Communications: Craft persuasive donor proposals, grant applications and sponsorship packages aligned with organisational priorities.
Prepare donor briefing materials, reports and presentations.
Collaborate with communications and program teams to produce engaging donor-facing content.
Donor Stewardship and Relationship Management: Support stewardship efforts to ensure donors are engaged, appreciated and informed about the impact of their contributions.
Coordinate donor recognition efforts and support high-level donor engagement.
Donor Events and Engagement: Plan, coordinate and deliver donor cultivation and stewardship events, including site visits, briefings and appreciation events.
Manage event logistics, budgets and post-event evaluation.
Donor CRM, Reporting & Data Analysis: Manage and maintain the donor database (CRM), ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor information.
Generate regular reports on fundraising performance, pipeline health, and donor engagement metrics.
Analyse fundraising data to identify trends, inform strategies and optimise donor experiences.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, development or donor relations in a nonprofit organisation.
Proven experience in designing and executing fundraising campaigns.
Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
Experience in organising and managing donor events.
Proficiency in donor CRM system with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams.
Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
A strong team player who is willing to roll his / her sleeves up to help other team members.
Collaborative and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate about conservation and biodiversity, with a commitment to making a measurable impact.
