We are seeking a driven Partnerships Manager to join our team in Singapore. This full-time, hybrid role is pivotal to expanding Rently’s services. You will manage and grow strategic partnerships, scale Rently Care, B2B loans, and RNPL (Rent Now Pay Later), and foster co-living and institutional landlord B2B2C partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key partners in real estate and property management.
- Serve as the main contact for strategic partners, identifying upsell and growth opportunities to expand key accounts.
- Develop strategies to introduce Rently Care, B2B loans, and RNPL in Singapore.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive market expansion using local insights.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Work with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with company growth.
- **Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated experience in initiating partnerships and expanding key accounts, with a successful B2B2C track record.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Proven expertise in securing new partners and strengthening account relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience in managing strategic partnerships in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with launching and scaling services in international markets.
- Knowledge of real estate or property management is advantageous.
- Existing connections within the real estate sector are highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- A bachelor’s degree is **not mandatory**; experience, drive, and results matter more.
