The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and cashback vendors.
  • Deal Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of getting offers live — from contract agreement and content collection to final approval and launch.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are met.
  • Affiliate Network Management: Liaise with affiliate and cashback platforms to maximize deal inventory and optimize ROI.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they see sustained value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure partnership offers are successfully implemented and promoted.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, account management, or affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, cashback programs, or e-commerce deal structures.
  • Experience in managing merchant onboarding processes and partnership lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in performance tracking and commercial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
