Partnership Manager

The job is positioned in the Special Purpose Vehicle Office (SPV) of LTA which coordinates the national effort to undertake the electrical infrastructure upgrades and deployment of electric vehicles charging points (EVCPs) primarily in Singapore’s public residential carparks.
You will be part of the EV Charger deployment team to undertake the challenge to swiftly develop and execute plans and tenders related to the deployment of EV charging systems and its supporting infrastructure. You will collaborate with other government agencies, industry partners and community partners to manage the EVCPs’ installation within a designated geographical boundary. In addition, your people management skills will be tested to meet the master project implementation schedule, as well as to ensure smooth downstream operations and maintenance.
Overall, the Partnership Manager will lead the partnership initiatives to support the swift EVCP deployment work by the project teams. The job will include the following:
- Develop and implement the EVCP deployment strategy, through partnerships with Town Councils and other stakeholders
- Establish long term, productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate deployment strategy and develop mutual goals for the SPV and partners.
- Build public awareness of the EVCP deployment and operations in support of the national EV masterplan.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary education with at least 5 years of relevant experience in partnerships and engagement/customer relations as well as strong people management skills are preferred.
- Customer-oriented, agile thinker, and emotionally intelligent to build relationships
- Excellent verbal skills and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software
- Good understanding of the EV masterplan.
