- Creating customized partnership solutions that cater to the specific needs and goals of each corporate group.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.
- Identifying and targeting corporate groups that would benefit from a partnership with the airline with “sky is the limit” mentality
- Collaborating with the airline's marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that highlight the benefits of the partnership to corporate clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyse market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirement
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful corporate partnerships.
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
