**Partner Management**
- Establish and execute a systematic, process-driven approach to partner recruitment, activation, integration, engagement, growth and revenue.
- Refine our ideal partner profiles and engage in market research to find additional partner types.
- Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build partner relationships accordingly.
- Work with Strategy & Innovation team to facilitate technology partnerships.
- Work with Enterprise sales to build and engage regional sales channels.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design marketing campaigns to attract partnerships.
- Maintain strategic relationships to identify new partners and build on existing partners.
- Engage with sales to build on existing partner relationships to increase revenue.
- Forecast results, arrange and coordinate regular reviews and ROI on partner initiatives.
- Coordinate joint GTM strategies, co-branded content promotion, event partnership and training initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through communication and partner visits.
- Ensure due diligence is carried out and company guidelines & contractual terms are followed.
**Inside Sales**
- Manage and oversee the work of inside sales team with the potential to exceed team goals.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to current inside sales practices and procedures.
- Build a cold calling process to increase leads.
- Guide inside sales team to Identify potential clients through networking or other methods of lead generation.
- Degree in Business, Communications or related field with 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B environment, software including SaaS or other cloud-based technologies
- Experience working at different levels of partner organizations (from C-level / VP-levels to engineering teams)
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
