Your Role
You will be part of the Client Advisory Team and directly reporting to the Head of Business Client Advisory Service, APAC. As a Business Client Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our valued clients across the Asia Pacific region and support customers during their lifecycle as a client of 360T. You will face a broad variety of tasks in a challenging environment, take ownership of projects, and have the opportunity to grow.
Your Responsibilities
Provide excellent service for existing and new customers
Smoothly manage, solve, and complete all incoming requests from clients
Ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platform
Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
Conduct client platform training (interactive and remote)
Maintain, document, analyze, and improve existing workflows and processes
Oversee various project stages (product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setup)
Participate in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and various new features on our platform
Engage in close interaction and cooperation with internal teams (Sales, Legal, TCAS, etc.)
Integrate with the global client advisory services team to ensure that global policies are implemented in the region and that regional experience leads to improved global policies
Your Profile
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a Finance and/or Computing based discipline
1 - 2 years of working experience in eSupport/client services/middle office/back office of a global markets sales & trading division or other FX or treasury environment
Experience in training the financial community with a strong focus on financial markets
Excellent sense of customer service (detail and service-oriented)
Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
Ability to communicate in a precise, accurate, and timely manner
Ability to communicate technical/product information to a non-technical audience
Self-motivated with a proactive and consistently high output work ethic
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin and Japanese is an added advantage
