Client Servicing/ Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced ClientServicing Manager to lead our business development efforts and todeliver insights and solutions to our clients. This role isresponsible for managing and optimizing the tender process, as wellas driving inbound sales initiatives to achieve revenue growth. Theideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of tendermanagement, proposal preparation, client negotiations, and inboundsales strategies, with the ability to build strong relationshipswith both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively handleinbound sales leads and inquiries.
- Qualify inboundleads, understand client requirements, and provide tailoredsolutions to close sales.
- Work closely with themarketing team to ensure leads are nurtured through appropriatefollow-up strategies.
- Maintain strong relationshipswith prospects and clients through effective communication andpersonalized service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets andKPIs set by the organization.
- Oversee and manage theend-to-end process for tender submissions, including sourcingopportunities, reviewing tender requirements, coordinatingresponses, and ensuring timely delivery of bids.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance)to gather necessary information and ensure the completion of allrequired documentation.
- Monitor and stay updated onrelevant tenders in the market, ensuring the organization has acompetitive edge in tender submissions.
- Review tenderspecifications and provide recommendations on best approaches tomaximize win probability.
- Collaborate with internalteams to ensure alignment on tender submissions, pricing, productofferings, and client needs.
- Provide regular updatesand reports on the status of tenders, sales activities, and resultsto senior management.
- Identify areas for improvementin the tender process and inbound sales strategies, proposinginnovative solutions.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relatedfield.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experiencein Market Research industry, specialized in client servicing withat least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proventrack record in successfully managing and winning tenders.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end inbound salesprocess.
- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internalteams
- Excellent organizational skills, with keenattention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
