Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly payroll and CPF submission.
Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, selection, on-boarding, etc.
Responsible for work pass related matters.
Responsible for insurance related matters.
Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
Responsible for submission of training grants.
Administer annual performance appraisal.
Administer HR handbook, policies and procedures.
Prepare HR letters and memo.
Monthly reports.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English & Hokkien / Cantonese (in order to provide counseling and advice to Hokkien / Cantonese speaking employees' and/or staff )
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): English, Hokkien/Cantonese (in order to provide counseling and advice to Hokkien / Cantonese speaking employees' and/or staff )
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
