Customer Development :

A successful candidate is likely to have:
Bachelor's degree or higher in
Chemistry, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering , or related fields.
5+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in lubricants, additives, or industrial chemicals.
Proven track record in managing
State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) clients
(preferred).
Strategic thinker with a
results-driven mindset
and strong ownership.
Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to thrive in cross-cultural teams.
Resilience under pressure and willingness to travel frequently.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
(written and verbal).
