Job Description
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and explore new market opportunities, including potential partnerships, alliances, and new verticals.
Lead the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Oversee the development of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business development team.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Oversee client account management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Use data and insights to make informed strategic decisions and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts across relevant industries.
Oversee the preparation and negotiation of business proposals and contracts.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
B2 B sales experience within Manufacturing/ Medtech/ Lifescience industry
Proven leadership experience with leading a team to achieve the sales target
Experience in CRM (Salesforce)
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Able to travel internationally: Indonesia, China, USA, Switzerland and etc
