Job Summary:

The Human Resources Executive role encompasses the entire spectrum of human resource and administrative tasks, with a focus on managing foreign manpower. This includes overseeing work passes such as Work Permits (WP), S Passes, In-Principle Approvals (IPA) and associated compliance matters for the engineering workforce. The position also involves providing support for worker accommodations, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring seamless HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee work passes, ensuring MOM compliance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes for local and foreign staff.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years' experience in HR or manpower administration, preferably in engineering or construction.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations, Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, and IPA processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
