Role Description
This is a flexible Business Development Manager role, can be remote or on site. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include market research, planning and executing strategies to reach potential clients, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the design team to understand client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and market research
Ability to create and execute business strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in the hospitality and F&B design industry in Asia is a MUST
Proven ability to work collaboratively with a creative team
Experience with proposal preparation and understanding client needs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
