Job Title: Programme Executive/Manager, Experiential Learning (12-Month Contract) Posting Start Date: 06/06/2024 Job Description Planning and Execution The new member will work alongside the existing team and support some of the following roles: Managing new/existing programmes involving local and international students and entrepreneurs, including the administration of student-related matters, and possibly support internship placements, companies' engagement, etc. Support the running of new programmes/initiatives involving international students/startups and other partners. Building the community of programme participants, alumni and partners through various engagement platforms and activities. Expanding network and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders involved in the various programmes and initiatives. Planning and overseeing marketing and outreach for new programmes/projects and creating pipeline for potential participants pool. Planning and organising outreach activities to grow network of startups and partners for future participation or collaboration. Developing and managing shared work processes and knowledge/data depositories relating to the programmes and initiatives. This is an hourly rated position. Qualifications Planning and Execution Diploma holders with at least 3-5 years working experience. Recent degree holders who graduated within the past 1-2 years are also welcome to apply. Proven project/programme management skills. Entrepreneurial experience and knowledge on entrepreneurial trends in Singapore and globally would be an advantage, but not a must. Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, have broad background to understand innovation and entrepreneurship. Resourceful and comfortable in fast changing environment. Effective team player. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - good grasp of written and spoken English, good knowledge of secondary language will be an advantage.
